Job Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Utilizing Booking Platforms: Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicating with Clients: Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Liaising with Vendors: Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations and negotiate rates.
  • Handling Cancellations and Changes: Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience in Travel Coordination: Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
