Job Description

The Product Frameworks and Examination group at arenaflex is essential for our CPGP (Shopper Items, Gaming and Distributing) group, which designs and sells arenaflex products globally. We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst who will lead, analyze, and interpret broad datasets, creating high-level business insights through cutting-edge predictive models across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce platforms. You will be a mentor to the Data Science team, providing specialized skills and leading research projects, encouraging cross-functional collaboration to meet internal client information needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and set vital vision and direction for the Data Science team, focused on Omni Channel examination across both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce platforms.

• Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with Examiners, Specialized Assistants, and Business Pioneers to develop an improvement guide based on business needs.
• Translate business requirements into precise product specifications to direct development.
• Lead design meetings, adjusting techniques to business drivers, challenges, and long-term objectives.
• Plan effective data pipelines to address business issues, utilizing specialized tools and retail frameworks.
• Set and execute Data Science team best practices and lead code audits for colleagues.
• Create convincing visuals, diagrams, and graphs that resonate with data, fitting them to various audiences.
• Utilize advanced analysis techniques (regression, AI, clustering) to drive significant insights.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years' experience creating Examination, Measurable, or AI models to extract insights and address business challenges, ideally in a retail setting.

• Capability in web analysis and visitor segmentation using data to drive informed decisions and improve online experiences.
• Lead small teams in quick and accurate data analysis, highlight definition, and creative problem-solving for business challenges.
• Ability in working on complex issues, creating data-driven stories for direction.
• Cloud platform/tech capability.
• Aptitude in AI or machine learning methods.
• Ability in investigating and underlying driver analysis.
• Successful in fast-paced, changing conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with different project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum).

• Proficient relational skills for effective team and individual communication.
• Capability in various data technology areas:

+ Data pipelines and ETL tools (e.g., SQL, SSIS, Knime, Alteryx, Scene Prep) + Database platforms including Snowflake and SQL Server + Preprocessing languages (e.g., Snowscript, JavaScript, VBA, Python) + Factual and Data Science languages (e.g., R, SAS, Python for Data Science) + Utilization of AI strategies.

• Experience with advanced analysis systems (e.g., regression analysis, clustering, statistical induction, theory testing, p-values, causal inference, Random Forest, Bagging, Boosting, Time Series).
