Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Operations Manager to join our Disney Customer Support Remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of DVC Cast Individuals, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of DVC Cast Individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and projects.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DVC Partners and DVC Advisers.
- Ensure compliance with Disney policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Essential Capabilities
* 2+ years of experience in business operations, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including client engagement and conversion processes.
- Ability to lead and direct team performance, driving functional improvements and enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using various software applications, including video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
Favored Capabilities
* 2+ years of experience as a Visitor Experience Manager.
- Knowledge of Walt Disney World strategies and techniques.
- Labor force management experience.
- Experience with continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in using software like Avaya/Telecom and customer relationship management (CRM) programs.
- Experience with IT systems to plan virtual show meetings.
