Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. This remote part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work for one of the most respected airlines in the world. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the live chat system
- Provide accurate information about arenaflex services and policies
- Assist customers in resolving issues and navigating the arenaflex website
- Document and log all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new services, policies, and procedures
Requirements
* A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in the specified state and have a reliable internet connection

Educational Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience
