Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Onboard Services team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our passengers receive the highest level of service during their travel experience. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our passengers. This role requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain an airport ID with a TSA seal

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry

  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in e-door lattice frameworks and other relevant software systems
  • Quality control experience, with a focus on ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
