Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
