Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking, changes, and cancellations of flights, providing accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Stay informed about arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
