As a remote Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to deliver personalized solutions
  • Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer concerns
  • Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best customer outcome
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40 hours per week) schedule
  • Performing tasks that require:

+ Carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds + Frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching + Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours + Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided) + Working in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and make quick decisions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and phone systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise responses to customer issues

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases, including international customers
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
