Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 7-month remote contract position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving success by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Basic data entry/keying activities
- Working independently to meet productivity and quality standards
- Utilizing email systems and navigating multiple applications to complete tasks
- Cutting and pasting data from one field to another with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Ability to use email systems and navigate multiple applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity and quality standards
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
- Ability to cut and paste data from one field to another with accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you'll work 15 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This schedule offers a great work-life balance and allows you to enjoy your evenings and weekends while still contributing to our team's success.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, paid via W2. This rate reflects our commitment to fair compensation and our desire to attract top talent to our team.
