Job Summary
As a Senior Analyst on our Visual Media Factory team, you will work closely with Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Vendor Management, and 3D Artists to drive key tasks across multiple imagery workstreams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating custom analytic reports by reading and summarizing data and trends to communicate product image quality insights to stakeholders
- Improving current processes by analyzing current practices, leveraging data to suggest and design process modifications
- Serving as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with a diverse range of stakeholders on achieving a unique set of value-driven outcomes
- Partnering with Product Managers to assist in design, support, test, and improve arenaflex's proprietary workflow control tools and manufacturing ecosystem
- Monitoring process health and performance, identifying routine trends and offering advice to increase actionable steps
- Helping build scalable strategies to support data collection and pipeline optimization
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with improving strategies, reporting, and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative and technically-rigorous discipline required
- Highly analytical, including experience with reading and decoding large data sets directly (experience with SQL required, Google Data Studio dashboarding experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment
- Ability to break down big, complex, ambiguous goals into achievable pieces
- Ability to tie tactical targets to broader business goals
- High interest in detail and tested ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable with ambiguity and developing new strategies from scratch
- Previous experience in 3D or Imagery is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in data analysis or business analysis
