Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Adversarial Abuse/Analytics
Job Summary:
Join arenaflex, a leading global technology company, as a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics. In this exciting role, you will lead the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse, while also overseeing the Business Investigation group responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide. As a key member of the Trust and Security team, you will play a critical role in making YouTube a safe and secure platform for users, creators, and advertisers.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
System Summary:
+ Least capabilities: - Four-year certification or equivalent experience - 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying logical experiences - 2 years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models - 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require + Favored capabilities: - Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, information science) - 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and inconsistency discovery - Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities - Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab - Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners - Magnificent business judgment, critical and scientific skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse group responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse
- Oversee the Business Investigation group responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide
- Understand, anticipate, and insightfully moderate risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., generative AI)
- Collaborate with the Strategy Development group to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
- Convey powerful and productive functional execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7
- Engage, retain, develop, and foster brilliant talent
- Manage accelerations with quick time required to circle back, provide data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while creating relationships with key cross-functional partners to assist with launching new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse
