The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, which will allow you to earn additional income from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints
• Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews to earn additional income
• Complete written and oral instructions, including surveys and feedback forms
• Use products and/or services provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and data entry logs

Qualifications

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop

• Must have access to a reliable internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No experience required, but must be able to work independently
