Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Carlisle, PA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reports to management and payroll, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. Key Responsibilities
* Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time)
- Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC management and payroll (15% of time)
- Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
- File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
- Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time)
Essential Functions and Competencies
* Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including Blue Chip
- Drives Results: Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Quality: Commitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining accuracy
Qualifications and Special Skills Required
* Previous clerical/administrative experience
- 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
- Good math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills

Compensation and Shift Differential
* Competitive hourly rate: $17/hour
- Shift differential: $3/hour for 3rd shift
