Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing enthusiastic and compassionate support to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing clear and effective communication to internal and external customers
- Managing multiple software programs while conversing with clients
- Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
- Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to customers
- Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Handle escalated issues with compassion and dedication
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the best possible resolution for clients
- Manage multiple software programs while conversing with clients
- Maintain and promote excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
- Deliver strong and proactive follow-up to customers

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of payments industry a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
