Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support and issue resolution to clients via live chat, phone calls, and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist via Salesforce or Jira, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication.
  • Updating clients on their request status, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
  • Verifying documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Preparing and interpreting reports and documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Attending company seminars and meeting assessment targets to understand arenaflex's business functions and roles.
  • Achieving quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to performance and excellence.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
