What to Expect: Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share - Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experience - Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail - Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions
