About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through our diverse communication channels. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by being empathetic and professional in every interaction
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ years of experience selling subscription-based services
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Lead Generation
- Proven track record of success in customer service or sales
