Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Phone Agent to join our team in a 100% remote position. As a key member of our Customer Service Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable to solve their concerns on the initial call
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume inquiries and making decisions to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize customer service software and tech applications, such as Microsoft Office/Teams, SABA, and Ultipro
  • Collaborate with the Front Line Manager, Customer Service, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Participate in mandatory training and nesting periods, including classroom training and on-camera sessions
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with one other day off during the week

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or help desk capacity, with financial service experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and computer screens while engaging customers over the phone
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tech applications, such as Microsoft Office/Teams, SABA, and Ultipro
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a passion for treating and caring for customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the telephone, with a strong detail orientation
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with one other day off during the week
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly developed sense of urgency and commitment to customer satisfaction
