What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • 1-2 Years in a Customer-Facing Role: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer service setting, is essential for this position.
  • Ability to Work Well in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll need to be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent Telephone Skills: Strong telephone skills are essential for this role, including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Negotiating Skills: You'll need to be able to troubleshoot customer issues and negotiate with customers to resolve billing issues and find mutually beneficial solutions.
