The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll join a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for our customers. You'll take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and respect. Whether assisting customers plan for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, you'll be the face of arenaflex, making a tangible difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers' needs are met with empathy and respect
- Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements
- Use multiple IT applications with attention to detail to resolve customer queries
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide outstanding service
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
- Experience working with multiple IT applications
- Certification in customer service or a related field
