Role Overview
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses. You will work closely with internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to ensure accurate and timely shareholder communications. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the message that management has the best interests of individual investors in mind, while also addressing concerns and questions from shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses
- Work closely with internal clients to ensure accurate and timely shareholder communications
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and voting procedures
- Effectively communicate the message that management has the best interests of individual investors in mind
- Address concerns and questions from shareholders in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shareholder communications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and shareholder communications
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
- 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience
- Good speaking voice and ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with shareholder communications and contested proxy meetings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Equipment Requirements
* Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.
- Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
- Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
- Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
- Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
