Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Manager – Virtual Insurance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Analyzing customer feedback and concerns, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to drive customer satisfaction

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product updates to ensure expertise and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
