Available Shifts
We're looking for someone who can commit to the following shifts:
- Tuesday: Chat 5:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST
- Wednesday: Phones 2:00 P.M. EST - 5:00 P.M. EST + Chat 5:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST
- Friday: Phones 6:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST
Pay and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, and a starting rate of $10 per hour. As you progress in your role and meet sales targets, your pay will increase. You'll also have the opportunity to earn bonuses each month.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service + Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email
- Building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth
- Working with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with our customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong passion for customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students preferred
