* Log in to the live chat portal on the website each morning to answer customer questions and provide timely support.

  • Utilize the chat software's features to address commonly asked questions efficiently and effectively.
  • Access support from a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries, ensuring that you have the necessary resources to resolve issues promptly.
  • Complete a comprehensive training program before starting work, equipping you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in your role.
  • Work independently, following provided instructions, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ensure reliable internet access and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
