Responsibilities of our Customer Service Case Officers
As a Customer Service Case Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Making and receiving calls, sending and receiving emails, texts, and post to and from clients and their creditors and voting agents
- Proactively building trust with clients by establishing rapport, listening, acknowledging, and guiding them through the process
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and third parties
- Demonstrating a client-driven approach, listening to their needs, and responding in a supportive and empathetic manner
- Following departmental processes and seeking guidance and support when needed
- Ensuring calls are relevant to the process and helpful to the client, always being mindful of their needs and expectations
- Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information, ensuring all relevant details are covered and recorded
- Maintaining technical and process knowledge, highlighting concerns to your Team Manager
- Suggesting changes to improve working practices and efficiency
Key skills of a successful candidate
