Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years

System Requirements
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. These include:
- A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
