Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Management professional at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, and developing strategies to acquire new clients
  • Managing and leading a team of customer service and sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a financial services or related industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Experience with sales management software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a financial services or related industry
  • Experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Certification in sales or customer service, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $50,000-$75,000+ for remote positions, and $130,000-$180,000+ for management positions
