Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolutions to customer complaints and issues.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform, maintaining the highest standards of service and accuracy.
- Utilize NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
- Correspond with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, providing clear and concise communication.
