Your Day-to-Day as a Customer Account Specialist

As a Customer Account Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. • Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

• Analyzing customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate insights to ensure a customer-centric approach
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implementing process improvements
• Responding to customers with a sense of urgency to provide an excellent customer experience
• Networking internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams to drive business growth and success

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here are just a few examples of the skills and qualifications we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer engagement experience, preferably in a sales or account management role
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate insights
• Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive business growth and success
