About the Role:
As a Client Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat. Your primary role will involve addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for providing accurate information about our products, services, and membership benefits, processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.Key Responsibilities:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and membership benefits.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex product offerings and policies.
