About the Job
We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and help us build the next generation of AI-powered applications. As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data pipelines, ensuring that all client interaction data is seamlessly integrated into our data warehouse. You'll work closely with our scientists to develop new models that deliver value to our customers, and your contributions will play a critical role in shaping our company's direction.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and manage our data pipelines, ensuring that all client interaction data is flawlessly integrated into our data warehouse
- Create sanctioned datasets to track key product metrics, including customer growth, engagement, and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Foundation, Information Science, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Research, to understand their data needs and provide solutions
- Implement strong and robust data ingestion and processing frameworks
- Participate in data design and architecture decisions, bringing expertise and data-driven insights to the table
- Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of data according to industry and company standards
Requirements
* Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering, such as Python, Scala, or Java
- Experience with distributed processing technologies and frameworks, like Hadoop, Flink, and distributed storage systems (e.g., HDFS, S3)
- Familiarity with ETL schedulers like Windstream, Dagster, Regent, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of data storage and ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize data storage code
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, such as AWS or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
