Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Requirements
To succeed as a Chat Specialist, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills (we'll provide training on our proprietary software)
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment (gaming experience is a plus!)
