The Role

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning

  • Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a pleasant phone manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service technologies
