Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, while also driving business growth and success. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You'll work closely with our team to analyze customer accounts, negotiate collection arrangements, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze payment history/notes and clearly communicate account statuses to customers
- Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
- Promptly report/refers sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader
- Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with our team to drive business growth and success
- Provide exceptional service to our clients, while also building strong relationships with our internal stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH & SPANISH
- High School Diploma (required)
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
- Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
