Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about arenaflex's products and services. Your role is essential in ensuring our members have a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner, assisting with billing questions, claims, and policy information, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency, educating customers about arenaflex's benefits, services, and digital tools, and documenting all interactions accurately in the system.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with billing questions, claims, and policy information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Educate customers about arenaflex's benefits, services, and digital tools
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
