Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, responding to a range of support queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Record Management: Update and maintain customer records, including phone call data, support logs, and customer profiles.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including filing, information access, and document production.
  • Issue Resolution: Create and update customer service issue tickets, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and manage correspondence related to customer support, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.
  • Lobby Support: Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • General Office Duties: Perform a range of general office tasks, including submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task management.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • MS Office Suite Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
