Job Overview

As a Work-From-Home Customer Care Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and success. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a wide variety of clients. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide customers with quality product and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior contact center experience

  • Experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with sales and customer service software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
