Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound phone calls. You'll work closely with our sales team to resolve customer challenges, answer product-related questions, and provide timely solutions to their issues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their challenges

  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to resolve customer issues, answer product-related questions, and provide product recommendations
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Utilize all available resources to resolve customer challenges, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and respectful

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
