Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our data science team to design and implement data pipelines, develop data visualizations, and create reports to communicate insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Collect and process large datasets from various sources, including in-house information resources and authorized platforms

• Analyze and interpret results to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for business improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines, develop data visualizations, and create reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
• Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify new insights and trends in patient populations and treatment results
• Work with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models to drive business outcomes
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes
• Develop and maintain documentation of data processes and procedures
• Participate in the development of data governance policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and data storage systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and model development
• Familiarity with data governance policies and procedures
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare information systems
• Knowledge of clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
• Experience with clinical trial planning, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational insights
