Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing requests to update and maintain client account records in our center of excellence in data management systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving record problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide system interfaces
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
- Ability to assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
- Experience working in a data management or customer support role
- Certification in data management or a related field
- Familiarity with arenaflex's data management systems and processes
