Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Assisting clients with claims processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted efficiently
- Supporting the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals
- Managing and maintaining accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients
- Providing guidance to clients on policy changes, coverage options, and endorsements

Essential Qualifications
