Key Responsibilities
As a Co-op, Customer Experience Design at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of best-in-class products, services, and experiences to our global customer and employee bases. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in market/competitor research to stay ahead of the curve
- Analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Developing innovative solutions to complex problems
- Creating engaging marketing materials and communications
- Planning and executing events to bring our brand to life
- Building business cases to support strategic initiatives
- Providing executive communications and presentation support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
You'll Have the Opportunity to Support One of Our Key Areas
* The Service Recovery Team: Improving the employee and customer experience by enabling our frontline to deliver a premium experience
- The Onboard Brand Experience Team: Designing and developing interior products and amenities for new aircraft deliveries and fleet projects
- The Uniform Brand Experience Team: Managing product design, development, and distribution for Delta frontline employee uniforms
- The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team: Onboarding new/existing Wi-Fi providers and driving product innovation and improvement
- The Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team: Creating a future IFE strategy and product roadmap to deliver an innovative, best-in-class entertainment experience
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Be available for three alternating semesters
- Be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration
- Have experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
- Demonstrate organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
- Be team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
- Possess strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Be proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
- Be willing/able to adapt quickly and learn new skills
- Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States

Co-op Program Outline
As a Co-op, Customer Experience Design at arenaflex, you'll participate in our co-op program, which includes:
- Spending three alternating semesters working full-time at Delta and enrolled in courses at your university
- Example: Spring 2025- working, Summer 2025- school or off, Fall 2025- Work, and Spring 2026- school, Summer 2026-working
- At the end of the program, you'll have one full year of experience
