Job Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat communication. You will respond to customer inquiries, assist with insurance-related questions, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time Associate Level position, and you will work remotely from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication

  • Assist customers with insurance-related questions and provide guidance on policies and coverage
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer service
  • Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer needs effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping customers and providing top-notch support
  • Confidence in handling challenging situations and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using chat communication tools and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
