Job Description
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our Discord server. This includes:
- Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
- Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
- Muting users who have violated our guidelines
- Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
Pay Rate and Schedule

Pay Rate:
$12.50 per hour
Pay Cycle:
Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Age:
Be at least 18 years old
Education:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
