Job Overview
As an arenaflex Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dedicated team that makes a significant impact on our customers' lives. You'll work in designated retail locations, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, and connecting personally with our customers to uplift their lives. Our associates go beyond assisting with customer orders; they're the face of arenaflex, and their enthusiasm and dedication make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
You'll also need to be able to:
- Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

- Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
- Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
- Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
- Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
- Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units. Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
