Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, working with Amazon customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and email platforms

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
