Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal departments, producers, and brokers
• Determining the root cause of issues and offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
• Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, as well as responding to emails and other communication channels
• Providing basic technical support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our customer relationship management system
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication

• Some experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to make informed decisions and achieve results
• Excellent data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Property and Casualty experience

• Experience working in a call center environment
• Knowledge of insurance industry products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
