Key Responsibilities
As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal departments, producers, and brokers
- Determining the root cause of issues and offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, as well as responding to emails and other communication channels
- Providing basic technical support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our customer relationship management system
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication
- Some experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to make informed decisions and achieve results
- Excellent data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Property and Casualty experience
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of insurance industry products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
