Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including orders, returns, and customer information

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer support, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Access
