Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
  • Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management when necessary
  • Meeting performance metrics and targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives and provide support during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
