Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Following specific instructions and maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Working 15-25 hours per week and committing to a certain routine
• Having access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Having access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Being honest and reliable, with good communication skills

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
