What You'll Do

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve:

• Handling customer interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet
• Assisting customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and solve problems
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
• Investing in our customers' success by offering additional products and/or services

Sales Focus

If you're interested in a sales role, you will:

• Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B or B2C skills
• Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
• Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services
• Upsell and spontaneously offer additional products and services

Technical Support Focus

If you're interested in a technical support role, you will:

• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Provide basic customer service support
• Be an amazing problem-solver
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred.

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have a minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
• Have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
• Have talent for delivering outstanding service
• Have strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Have high-speed internet and a smartphone
